All you have to do with these is line up the pin on the pliers with the pin on the spool and squeeze!
The pin should just push or pop out. About as easy as it can get.

We also changed the design to have one jaw milled round on the inside instead of flat. This captures the spool shaft better and provides for even more pin clearance in case there is a long pin.

I think the important part about our pliers, that separates them from everything else, is that they attack the pin from the top instead of from the side like most other products I have seen. This pretty much assures you that there is no chance of messing up the spool lip!

We will also offer replacement pins if you were to lose the one with the pliers.. it is very unlikely that you will ever wear the pin down.

Also, these will fit the larger pin in the Toriums/Trinidads!
